According to Turkish Law, foreign nationals may acquire Turkish citizenship by purchasing real estate worth at least $400,000 USD. The property must not be sold for at least 3 years.

Applicants must provide a valid passport, birth certificates, marriage certificate (if applicable), and a clean criminal record from their home country.
